It seems that there is goodness in fat! And, Water is the perfect sports drink.

It provides food for thought (forgive the pun!) on how diet can fuel your performance for long distance events. Diets low in sugar and processed carbohydrates but high in whole foods and fat are becoming popular with some of the world’s high performing long distance athletes.
